DVLA are closing all their Local Offices this year, their ANPR enforcement are being withdrawn in September and those field staff put into their local office until close down at the end of the year.

Will Cherished transfers be easier or harder next year I wonder, I assume everything must be done through the post because you wont be able to do this Online?

I wonder if VOSA will take on the vehicle Inspections?
