Are you getting frustrated that when you tell someone something they don't listen Faz?
Annoying isn't it.

Depends what people are telling you repeatedly.
If it is factual (not merely an [ill-formed] opinion), then it is frustrating to be ignored, yes!

Nothing on RT's page to say it's their own number?

They're charging tax on it, they've put a 20% discount on it and it was advertised in the Sunday times. You can be pretty confident that it's one of theirs. Even looky said so (not sure how he knows though)

I cannot possibly see who would want to buy T37 HER (A tether is a cord, fixture, or signal that anchors something movable to a reference point which may be fixed or moving).

Even if there was a Div out ther who'd want it I doubt very much if they'd pay anything like that price.

I'm just calling it as I see it. If an established player like ******* think they can get 15k for it who am I to argue and why should I price traded or treaty for any less?

But they THINK they can ... They've been around longer than most and are arguably the most successful so more often than not they're getting it right surely?

No.
If you sold all your registrations at the original asking price then you would get a huge apology from me. As it stands, you haven't even sold one!

******* have had T37 HER since 2007; would you hurl the same abuse at them for not yet selling it at the 15k they're asking for?

Yeah sure - get them on here and I'm sure we would.

However, what you can't tell is if that plate was taken in with a part exchange for a much bigger number. Say for instance the previous owner paid £500 for it, but went on to buy a plate at £70k. They then gave him a discount of £10,000 on his number by taking the tether plate into stock, knowing it wasn't worth that value, but seeing the margin on the £70k plate. You don't know why they are advertising it at that cost, you are just blinkered to think they think it's worth that.

Doesn't that tell you something? Dealers too can make mistakes (Wouldn't be surprised if you worked for them around then  )

Be serious - Faz is a name, not a number. He'd never be tied down to working for someone else.
Not since he left Barings Bank after giving Nick Leeson some advice a few years ago, and then giving some new advice to Lehman Brothers about what to invest in in 2008. He's a free spirit now.

(only 'cos nobody would dare have him!)
