How the hell is that the only spelling of Abu Dhabi?

Yes I had seen that by googling it. However, have a look at the date of the video - Dec 2010.

As it happens, yes. It's now been reported by a second reputable source.

It's taken over a year to sell and was bought for 405. I think people on here should open their minds a little.

I think you should open your mind to the fact some people out there believe their own hype. Some people also make up prices to see if they can generate interest (your £94,000 for H15 LDN is a prime example of that).

H15 LDN could be worth that - perhaps even a bit more too ...

why on earth would someone pay over £
25K for AB11 DHB when they can have AB11 DAB is beyond me - surely someone who may be interested would certainly do some research first !!!!!!!!!!!!!

and my answer to me buying it is - no thank you, I don't think its any good !!

DHB is DHABI without the vowels (in bold) ... a nicer way of abbreviating it cf. "DAB" ...

All from the same source though - the company that is drumming up interest in the auction.

AB11 DAB has now been sold - we sold this overnight but unfortunately the registration was no longer available ( it takes around 24/48 hours for us to receive updates from the DVLA so this registration would have been sold elsewhere )

Anyone on here purchased the registration ?

The guy lives in Dubai and purchases on behalf of customers who also have vehicles in the UK.

Absolutely no connection to reading the forum - just massive coincidence
